Q1. What kind of ink does our machine use?
A: Special customized water based ink: CMYK 4 colors, 1 bottle/color/500ml.
Our machine is applied both indoor and outdoor wall decor, the eco
friendly ink has no harm to health. It meets the public
requirements for health care.
Q2. What is the difference between vertical machine and horizontal
machine?
A: Vertical machine can print any width photo; while the horizontal
machine can only print 1.8m*1.7m
Q3 What kind of surface your machine can print?
A: it can be widely used for painting on many kinds of vertical
surfaces, professional in putty powder wall, diatom mud wall, latex
paint wall, shell powder wall, chemical fiber canvas,
wallpaper,wood, metal, ceramics, rice paper, etc.
Q4: How shall we assemble the machine?
A: Customer shall assemble the machine based on our video and
operation manual provided. It’s easy, usually take about 15 minutes
after customer becoming familiar with our machine.
Q5: How shall we operate the machine? Is training necessary?
A: The operation of the machine is easy to learn. We will provide
operation manual with pictures and related videos to customer.
Additionally, we’ll provide online training while needed. So, our
customers could master our machine operation within within
1---3hours. Customer can also come to our workshop to get training.
Q6: What are the after sales service?
A: Our machine has 1 year warranty (ink and printhead excluded) if
not artificial damaged. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime technical support and service.
Q7: What’s the delivery time?
A: About 5-10 working days after receive the payment.
